All stressors are accumulative
Stress in your body can result from 4 major sources (stressors):
Physical stressors – Accidents, injuries, poor postures, pregnancy, congenital anomalies etc.
Mental stressors – Emotional, financial, cognitive, relationships, work deadlines, etc.
Biochemical stressors – Pollution, drugs, alcohol, medications, cosmetics, infections etc.
Internal – Joint fixation (particularly spinal joints).
